  • Walk-ins are welcome at our Clementi clinic. However, booking an appointment in advance is recommended to reduce waiting time, especially during peak hours.

  • On your first visit, Dr Chen or our physician will conduct a thorough consultation to understand your health concerns, body constitution and medical history. This typically takes 20–30 minutes. A personalised treatment plan will then be recommended for you.

  • This depends on your condition and how your body responds to treatment. Some patients see improvement after just 1–2 sessions, while chronic conditions may require a longer treatment plan. Our physicians will advise you accordingly during your consultation.

  • We treat a wide range of conditions including eczema, acne, back pain, sprains, digestive issues, gynaecological conditions, respiratory conditions, stress-related conditions and more. We also provide acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion and TCM slimming treatments.

  • Selected TCM treatments may be claimable under certain insurance plans. We recommend checking with your insurance provider directly.

  • We are located at Blk 727 Clementi West St 2, #01-246, Singapore 120727. Take Bus 201 from Clementi MRT Station Exit B and alight after 3 stops at Blk 726 Clementi West Market. Cross the traffic light and we are at #01-246.

  • We are open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 9:00pm including public holidays.
